Will Lonnemann Listing Coordinator Will works closely with Joan and Henry to carry the tradition of exceptional service and attention to details regarding listings and closings. From the moment a home is listed, Will is in constant communication with our sellers to take care of any needs they might have. He makes sure that during the listing process that every detail to market the home is taken care of and keeps track of all showings and feed back. This allows for sellers to be completely in the loop of how the home is showing and the current activity of their home. Will is a Political Science Graduate from Indiana University, with a minor in Dance and Music of the 20th Century. In his free time he enjoys playing with his dog Winston, playing guitar, working with buyers and enjoying live music. He enjoys the discipline and educational aspect of working on Joans Team PC. Erica McCurdy Cherba Buyer Partner Erica has been enjoying a career in Real Estate since 1999. She worked on the commercial side for a few years before joining another top Real Estate team in the city as a Buyer Partner. Erica joined Joan's Team in September of 2003 and has really seemed to find her fit. Erica specializes in every aspect of "home buying", from the many financing possibilities, to the building of a new home. She loves being around people and assisting them with such an important and fun decision. Erica is married with a 2 year old son, Michael, and a new one on the way. When she isn't showing property Erica loves to spend time with her family.
